Why we exist

Most ingredient buyers have the same complaint, and it is rarely about price. It is that documentation arrives late or incomplete, that a second lot does not match the first, and that nobody on the supplier's side can answer a technical question without escalating it.

We built the business around fixing those three things. Every lot ships with its paperwork rather than after it. Every material comes from an audited, named facility, so the second lot matches the first. And the person who answers your email can read a chromatogram.

What we supply

Five categories that share the same buyer: sweeteners, grass-fed beef organ powders, activated carbon and charcoal, standardised botanical extracts, and the vials, bottles and pouches that hold them. Actives and packaging on one purchase order means fewer vendors and one point of accountability.

We are the manufacturer

We are not a broker with a catalogue. We manufacture finished products under OEM and private label agreements in an FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant facility, and we operate contracted supply programmes with audited producers for the raw materials we do not make ourselves. The Certificate of Analysis for any lot names the producing facility — a detail most suppliers avoid putting in writing.

Who we serve

Supplement brands, contract manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, cosmetic formulators and functional food producers — concentrated in New York and the north-east, and shipping nationally and internationally. We sell to businesses for further manufacturing, not to consumers.

How we work

Send a specification and you get a straight answer about whether we can meet it. If we cannot, we say so and propose the closest achievable alternative rather than shipping something that misses and hoping it passes. That is a slower way to win an order and a considerably faster way to keep a customer.
